Online marble race draw | Custom names and finish-order ranking

Names are shuffled into starting lanes with Web Crypto before a 12-row Canvas collision race determines the finishing order.

How do I run a marble race?

  1. Enter the racers: Open racer settings and enter one friend, student, coworker, or viewer name per line.
  2. Launch every marble: Start the race to send the colored marbles through the peg field and obstacles.
  3. Read the finish order: The first marble across the line wins, and the remaining finishers populate the ranking.

Randomness and privacy

Web Crypto uniformly shuffles racers into the starting lanes before the 2D physics simulation begins. Everyone has the same chance of receiving each lane, but the physical layout can still favor positions and is not third-party certified. Names are not uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Is the marble race perfectly fair?
Names are uniformly shuffled into lanes, but the Canvas course and device timing are not an independently certified drawing system. Use it for entertainment rather than high-value prizes.
How many racers should I add?
Two to thirty racers provide the clearest and smoothest presentation; marble size adapts to the list.
Can I race the same group again?
Yes. Use the replay action after the finish to launch the same roster into a new race.
