Randomness and privacy
The tool uses Web Crypto to uniformly shuffle participant entries before distributing them across randomly selected labeled table capacities. Every entry appears exactly once and table sizes differ by at most one. It balances headcount only, not skill, gender, department, or other traits. Names and results remain on the current page and are not uploaded; the 3D animation cannot change the grouping.

- Will every table have exactly the same number of people?
- When the total is divisible, yes. Otherwise the sizes differ by at most one, and the tables receiving an extra seat are selected randomly.
- Does the tool balance skill or experience?
- No. It creates fair random groups by headcount only because it does not collect skill ratings or personal attributes.
- What happens if two people have the same name?
- Both entries remain in the draw with separate internal IDs, so neither person is removed or combined.
- Do I have to type every name for a large group?
