How do I create a single-elimination bracket?
- Paste names or use quick numbers: Paste 2–32 players or teams with lines, commas, or spreadsheet tabs, or instantly create number labels. Duplicate names remain separate entries.
- Choose seeding and watch the lineup: Web Crypto uniformly shuffles the full list, or manual mode preserves its order. The cute 3D players then circle the ring and walk to the red and cyan seed gates.
- Pick each winner: Each click plays a 3D entrance, strike, knockout, and advance before committing the selected winner. The final knockout continues into a championship podium reveal.

Randomness and privacy
In fair random mode, the current browser completes a Web Crypto Fisher–Yates shuffle before the 3D lineup begins, so animation cannot alter the fixed seeds. Every entrant has the same chance at each seed; with k byes, each has probability k divided by the entrant count of receiving one. Manual mode preserves list order. Match winners are chosen by the user, and each knockout only presents that click—it never predicts or redraws a result. Names and bracket state are not uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I make a bracket for 3, 5, or 6 players?
- Yes. The tool creates the next power-of-two bracket. Six players use eight slots with two automatic first-round byes.
- Are random byes assigned fairly?
- Yes. The entire list is uniformly shuffled first, then the first k shuffled entries receive the k byes, giving everyone the same bye probability.
- Can I correct the wrong winner?
- Yes. Pick the other player in that match or use Undo. Any later winner or champion that depends on the old result is cleared automatically.
- Does the 3D lineup or knockout decide any result?
- No. Random seeds are completed before the lineup animation, and each knockout simply replays the winner you selected.
- Does this support double elimination or round robin?
- No. The first version is deliberately single elimination: one match loss removes an entrant from this bracket.
